JG Civil delivers infrastructure works and specialises in larger sub-divisions operating in Rodney, North Shore and Auckland Central and West, in New Zealand.<\/h2>

Neville Robertson, Engineer\/Surveyor at JG Civil, is responsible for the set out of the works, preparation of as-built detail and progress claims, previously he would outsource the set out and would have to wait for the external supplier to complete this and provide information.<\/p>

On the advice of his hardware supplier, Mr Robertson engaged with Aptella to implement MAGNET Office software into his workflow.<\/p>

\u201cWe used to outsource this work but decided to do it internally. We now use MAGNET office to set out the roading strings and do the as-built files for the project,\u201d said Mr Robertson.<\/p>

MAGNET Office allows JG Civil to reduce need for outsourcing<\/strong><\/p>

Mr Robertson has found that implementing the MAGNET Office software has saved JG Civil time and money because they can do work that they used to outsource internally.<\/p>

\u201cWe used to have to wait for external supplier to set out and provide information, by doing this ourselves it made the workflow more efficient,\u201d said Neville Robertson, Engineer\/Surveyor,\u00a0JG Civil<\/a>.<\/p>

\u201cMAGNET Office<\/a> also gives us the ability to access data\/information in the field without returning to the office saves time and money and we find that very useful.\u201d<\/p>

Service and support offered crucial<\/strong><\/p>

Having a dedicated Customer Success Manager from Aptella is important to Mr Robertson and access to service and support is a crucial part of his decision-making process when purchasing new technology.<\/p>

Mr Robertson has found the main benefit to having access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager is the ability to send a quick email if he has a question and receiving a prompt response as well as a solution to any issues his team might be facing.<\/p>
