Customer Service Consultant

This is a varied front-counter and customer service role where you’ll support the Service Centre, showroom and wider branch team. You’ll help customers with service bookings, showroom sales, quotations, repair collections and general enquiries, while keeping everyone informed and making sure things run smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Welcome customers and provide a high level of service at the front counter Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right team Process service bookings and showroom sales Prepare service and sales quotations Keep customers updated on service status and repair progress Assist with repair collections, service invoicing and stock requests Support rental and technical support enquiries Maintain accurate customer and job information Work closely with Service, Sales, Finance, Rental
