Aptella acquires Synergy Group’s positioning and paving businesses

Positioning and automation technology distributor to expand its New Zealand and Australian footprint by acquiring Synergy Group’s paving and positioning distribution businesses. Melbourne, 7th May 2024 – Aptella, a technology solutions provider for the construction, mining and geospatial sectors, has acquired Synergy Group’s positioning, rental and equipment businesses in New Zealand and Synergy PaveSmart in Australia.
