This is not a traditional HR role.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused Advisor role where you will be responsible for executing and improving how we build capability, develop leaders, and manage reward across the business.
You’ll work closely with leaders to deliver practical learning programs, support remuneration decisions, and embed initiatives that drive real outcomes—not just policy.
This role is about getting things done well—ensuring programs are implemented, adopted, and making an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver and improve learning, capability and reward initiatives across the business. This includes supporting capability frameworks, learning pathways and leadership programs, while working with leaders to address capability gaps and uplift performance.
You’ll manage learning systems, coordinate apprenticeship and early talent programs, and support remuneration reviews, benchmarking and reward processes—providing clear, data-backed recommendations to leaders.
You’ll help ensure reward practices are fair, consistent and aligned with the Fair Work Act 2009, support wellbeing and psychosocial initiatives, and partner with leaders on performance, talent and employee relations matters.
About You
You’re a practical, commercially aware HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and delivering outcomes.
You bring:
- Experience in Learning & Development, capability or leadership programs
- Exposure to remuneration, benefits or reward processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with leaders
- The ability to translate ideas into practical, workable solutions
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
