Warehouse Coordinator
Bundoora, VIC

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team based in Bundoora, VIC. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be reliable, organised and practical in your approach, with strong computer skills and experience in local stock procurement. If you’ve worked in warehouse operations and are comfortable managing sales orders, stock transfers, transport bookings and inventory processes, this role will suit you well.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational, time management and task-prioritisation skills
• A positive, professional and proactive attitude
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing requisition lines and raising purchase orders and stock transfers as required
• Updating sales records with order details, including ETAs
• Raising and following up local stock and non-stock purchase orders from internal teams and field staff (spares, resources, etc.)
• Processing receipts and managing credit returns for purchases
• Coordinating and processing stock transfers
• Assisting with weekly cycle counts and stock reconciliations
• Daily monitoring of inventory transaction ledgers to ensure physical and system stock movements align
• Supporting daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving and dispatch
