We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead OEM growth across NSW/ACT.
The Opportunity
A high-impact, client facing role focused on growing OEM channels in the civil market.
You’ll work closely with OEM dealers, contractors, and internal teams to identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and drive adoption of machine control and High Precision GPS technology solutions.
Success comes from strong market presence, credibility with OEM stakeholders, and consistently building pipeline and market share.
The Role
- Grow OEM sales across NSW/ACT
- Build and manage relationships with OEMs and dealers
- Represent Topcon within our civil sales team, delivering industry-leading 3D machine control solutions across the civil sector
- Drive pipeline across multiple projects and customers
- Promote machine control and High Precision GPS technology solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Track market activity, competitors, and opportunities
- Partner with technical teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
- Contribute to sales planning and forecasting
About You
- Experience in OEM, civil, or technical sales environments
- Strong understanding of civil project delivery
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders
- Commercially focused with strong drive and accountability
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 advantageous)
