The Group Executive Manager – Technology is accountable for defining and executing a cohesive technology strategy that enables growth, strengthens operational performance, and enhances customer value.
Operating at the intersection of CIO and CTO, the role spans enterprise technology, digital transformation, and innovation.
Key accountabilities include:
- Setting and delivering a forward-looking Group Technology Strategy aligned to business objectives
- Leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, including data, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Ensuring technology platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business processes
- Establishing robust governance across architecture, cybersecurity, and data management
- Overseeing key enterprise systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Partnering with business leaders to enable innovation in customer-facing solutions
As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive, you will play a central role in shaping strategy and driving organisational performance.

You are an experienced technology executive with a track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation and aligning technology with commercial outcomes.
You bring:
- Experience in a senior technology leadership role (CIO, CTO or equivalent) within a complex environment
- Demonstrated success in strategy development, transformation, and execution
- Deep expertise across enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud, and data
- Experience leading digital and AI-enabled initiatives that deliver tangible business value
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level
- A balanced, pragmatic leadership style with a focus on outcomes, people, and performance
