Territory Account Manager
Archerfield, QLD

December 3, 2025

Role Overview

We’re seeking for a driven Territory Account Manager to help grow our presence across the civil, construction, geospatial, and infrastructure sectors. You’ll represent some of the most respected brands in positioning, measurement, and automation technology—helping customers work smarter, faster, and more accurately.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and an interest in how technology improves construction and engineering outcomes. You might be a surveyor, engineer, tech specialist, GIS professional, draftsperson, field technician, or someone who simply enjoys understanding how things work. If you love problem-solving and building relationships, this is a career-shaping opportunity.

You’ll build strong partnerships, uncover opportunities, demonstrate high-value solutions, and work closely with technical, service, and product teams to bring our customers the best experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of geospatial, civil, and construction technologies (training provided)
  • Deliver engaging demos, presentations, and solution discussions with customers
  • Identify and secure new business across your territory
  • Build and execute territory sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
  • Negotiate commercial terms with professionalism and confidence
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver client value
  • Provide technical insights and support to customers and colleagues
  • Partner with delivery and service teams to ensure seamless project outcomes
  • Report on pipeline activity, market trends, and competitor insights

  • Motivated by targets and achieving results
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Driven to support clients and deliver real value
