The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing the operational backbone that supports our regional sales performance. Responsible for driving process improvements, managing systems, and enabling our sales teams with the tools and structures they need, this role ensures operational excellence, seamless coordination, and compliance with WHS standards.
This role also oversees logistics, rentals, fleet and asset management for the North East region, ensuring smooth alignment between sales, service, and operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary operations team, driving a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Oversee and optimise sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency across the full sales delivery lifecycle.
- Drive D365 adoption, streamline workflows, and reduce administrative burden through system and process improvements.
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and deal governance in partnership with the Region Manager.
- Provide accurate, real-time reporting and insights through dashboards, data audits, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate regional logistics, rentals, fleet and asset management to ensure reliability, compliance, and minimal downtime.
- Lead WHS compliance, conduct risk assessments, and oversee incident investigations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify gaps, champion change initiatives, and implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance regional performance.
